AGISTIN (Advanced Grid Interfaces for innovative STorage INtegration) is a European Union-funded research project aimed at enhancing the resilience and flexibility of the energy system. It focuses on integrating innovative energy storage technologies with industrial grid users to facilitate rapid decarbonisation. The project addresses the challenges posed by the widescale deployment of renewables and the increasing electrification of society, which require significant grid development and operation adjustments.
